FLL Airport to Miami Airport

A taxi will run you $80+; a rental car might be cheaper, but more hassel. You could check with SAS (www.ridesas.com) for shuttle service, but some report that they don't go to MIA. If time is not an issue you could shuttle with SAS or others to a downtown Miami hotel (Holiday Inn near POM is popular) and then cab it to MIA for about $25. Good luck!:)

We just came in the opposite direction two weeks ago... Miami cruise port to FLL....it cost $85 by taxi (inc. tip)... but was very quick and very painless.

Prior to the cruise, we had rented a Hertz on the Gulf coast and dropped it off in downtown Miami.. Southeast 1st St... they provided a free shuttle to the port about 5 minutes away..again painless but I don't know if if it would be worth the money and hassle with luggage, etc., to rent a car in FLL and drop it off in Miami... if you saved a few bucks, it probably wouldn't be worth the extra time and effort.... by the time you got to the car rental pickup in FLL, you would be half way to Miami...
