Cartagena Tourist Card

We'll be in Cartagena for a quick port visit in April/10 & we're considering purchasing a Cartagena Tourist Card. It covers entrances to many cultural sites but since we have only 7 hrs or so, I wonder if it we'd get much value from it. Anyone with recent experience using the Card? Would also appreciate any info on the tourist HOHO and tourist catamaran. Thanks.
