Need passport help

I am applying for a passport, and just realized that my address on my passport and my drivers licenses will not match. My drivers licenses says one address, while my passport will say another address because I've moved since. Will this be a problem? Thanks!

Is the passport the correct address? If so, you're good...get your DL changed! You're supposed to anyway, if you move!

passports don't contain your address when you receive it. In fact they suggest that you add them on the address page in PENCIL

No. There is no relationship between the two documents; they aren't compared.

No, other than checking your name, they aren't compared one with the other. But if you've just moved, you need to get a new driver's license anyway!

 

The address on your passport is put in with pencil..by you...after you receive it. They assume, I guess, that people move in the 10 years of having a passport, so there's room there for updates.
