Who's Steve Morris? What does he play, or sing? Is he a musician or comedian? Give us a clue coz I've never heard of the guy.

That's the Yellow Bird guy, right? I just read something on here a few days ago. Don't recall which ship. Do a search.

comedian on the sapphire, he's playing on the sapphire a lot in fact...his tour schedule shows him on it and the island princess.

Last I heard, he was doing 7 day Mexican Riviera cruises out of LA, maybe the Sapphire or the Golden.

I was on the Sapphire last week and he performed 3 nights. I thought he was very funny and quite a good singer as well.

We just saw him on the Sapphire in December; he is great! We had also seen him on the CB in 2007.

We first saw him on the Sapphire in Alaska in May 2009. I was delighted to see him again, in November, on the Sapphire Mexican Riviera cruise.

We saw him quite a few years ago...must have been in '05 or '06...can't remember what ship. He was very good - so good that we bought his CD - and we've never done that before or since!

But get there early. Last time we were on the Sapphire there was standing room only for all shows. One of the few that can make me laugh.

We saw him in July on the Diamond. He and another comedian swapped back and forth between the Diamond and the Sapphire in Skagway and Juneau.

 

He put on a pretty good show!

This guy is a riot, very talented and entertaining! He was a member of the beach boys and incorporates a lot of singing into his comedy. He is an excellent musician as well, and surprisingly he excels in Shadow finger puppetry. I've seen him several times, once when he was very jet lagged and he is my favorite!

 

He usually ends his act with an incredible shadow puppet play done to Bohemian Rhapsody, It is rolling on the floor funny!

 

I bought his DVD on board because I was so impressed!

Is there a way to get this info? I would love to see the band Phoenix Rising again. The lead singer had mentioned when I was on the Crown I might be able to get info from Princess. Anyone know if that is true?

Either their website has it (rarely) or you know the person. I have not figured out another way yet!

Phoenix Rising is now on 6 week vacation starting Jan. 30 and then will join the Diamond for the asia run..........and then alaska, not sure which ship in alaska but i think the Diamond.

We saw Steve Morris twice last week on the Sapphire ( once in the theatre and once in the Explorers lounge) and loved him. He was my favorite entertainment of the week. I especially enjoyed his musical talents.
