jackdiamond Posted March 9, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2010 We are departing tomorrow for a ten night cruise on the Ruby, and we hope to visit Princess Cays, Emerald beach in St. Thomas, Brandon beach in Barbados, S. Friars beach in St. Kitts, Choc beach in St. Lucia and finally, Runaway Bay beach in Antigua. I will attempt to take the water temperatures at all of these beaches and report back upon our return, unless I forget some or all of the aforesaid. Erratum-I did not mean to infer that there is a Ruby beach; I only intended to convey that we would be sailing on the Ruiby Princess, which is a nice ship, and we enjoy the mini suites. Liz54 Posted March 9, 2010 #3 Share Posted March 9, 2010 Just got off that cruise February 28th. Swam at ALL the ports. Only Princess Cays was "brisk". In St Thomas rthe water was 84 degrees! Enjoy! I will enjoy your temperature report when you get back!
Rare Tak8 Posted March 9, 2010 #4 Share Posted March 9, 2010 Same conditions for our Christmas cruise. Caibbean islands were fine. Princess Cays was a little coolish. Hard to get in early in the morning.
