LeHarve to Rouen by Train

We will be in LeHarve, in July, on the Crown Princess. Is it easy to take the train to Rouen? How far is the LeHarve train station from the dock?

Yes, it's easy. Decent regularity, no changes.

Port to station is a short taxi ride, or ship's shuttle if available.

When checking schedules, spell it right - Le Havre

If you're not rushing, you can actually walk to the train station from the Port. The walk is about half-hour -- not particularly interesting however. Rouen has great Gothic architecture.

We will probably be doing the Le Havre to Rouen on a port stop in early June. As JB says, it is an easy journy to Rouen with trains running at least once hourly and the trip time just under an hour. On the other hand, passing up having a nice harbor-side lunch in Honfleur with the best moules et frites in the world is hard to miss. We hate making those kind of choices which is the major disadvantage to a port call vs just driving ourselves through France.
