I love both and am having a hard time deciding which to order on my next cruise. Thanks, Diane

falconfan Posted May 1, 2010 #48 Share Posted May 1, 2010 I do not remember what they were called but here are the pictures and my descriptions: This was some sort of mushroom soup. My wife and son said it was very good. This was some sort of Smoked Duck over a sweet cream (like ice cream) with a bitter kelp based something (in the spoon). When mixed together the flavor was amazing!
falconfan Posted May 1, 2010 #49 Share Posted May 1, 2010 Crab Cake. My wife is from Baltimore and she said that these are the best she has had anywhere outside of Baltimore. She said they are true lump-meat crab cakes: Beef Carpaccio, all I can say is WOW! I loved this and could have eaten a whole meal of this. Baby Leaf Spinach & Fresh Mushroom salad (I had to order without the Mushrooms because I am allergic): Classic Caesar Salad:
