I do not remember what they were called but here are the pictures and my descriptions:

 

This was some sort of mushroom soup. My wife and son said it was very good.

 

This was some sort of Smoked Duck over a sweet cream (like ice cream) with a bitter kelp based something (in the spoon). When mixed together the flavor was amazing!

Crab Cake. My wife is from Baltimore and she said that these are the best she has had anywhere outside of Baltimore. She said they are true lump-meat crab cakes:

 

Beef Carpaccio, all I can say is WOW! I loved this and could have eaten a whole meal of this.
