They are not in my spam file, I check it many times a day. Could someone who receives emails from Princess please cut and paste the email address that they come from into a response and I can put it in my address book and see if that helps. Many Thanks! If adding them to my address book doesn't work, I guess I'll have to contact aol and find out where they are going. I appreciate your help. I had a similar problem one time.....and I discovered that I had given them my email address as ......xxxxxxx comma com.....rather than .....xxxxxxx dot com. When you access your booking summary you will notice there is a provision for previewing pre-cruise emails, under documentation. The ones they sent may be there. DonnasMom&Dad Posted April 1, 2010 #12 Share Posted April 1, 2010 i would call princess back and make sure they have your correct email address. sometimes a letter might added or left off by mistake. thanks You may also check to see if your address is entered correctly in your PC, I think there are 2 places, I had a problem with people trying to " reply " to me, and not being able to get through, with replies being returned as undeliverable, one place had a wrong address, there is a 28 in my address and it showed a 22 instead. I called Princess to buy casino credit for our upcoming trip and asked her to email me confirrmation, that came through and while I was on the phone asked her to check why I wasn't getting emails. She checked, said the email address was the same as the one she had just sent to and that 2 emails had been sent to me on the 25th (I never saw them). I have also gone on My Princess and my email is listed correctly, so I am not sure what the problem is. It sounds like they are leaving Princess and not bouncing back to them, but I am not receiving them. Lost in cyber space somewhere... I wasn't getting any of Princess emails and someone at Princess told me that many of the comcast emails are not receiving the emails from Princess. CruisinEars Posted April 2, 2010 #16 Share Posted April 2, 2010 In January Princess stopped mailing hard copies of precruise documents and implemented 4 pre cruise emails. They are sent at specific intervals- when booking is made is a welcome email, 2 weeks before final payment is more ship info, and 2 more before cruising with additional ship info. If you don't receive them by email, they will be available for viewing in your cruise personalizer. It is always a good idea to make sure Princess has your email when making a booking directly.
