Casino on Voyager

When we were on Voyager last year one of the Roulette Tables was a 50¢ table with $1 bets on the outside instead of the normal $1/$5 setup.

 

Does anyone know if this low-stakes table is still in effect on Voyager?

 

I was able to play for a long time and never ended up losing too much $

I've been on the Voyager four times for trans-Atlantics and I've never seen that. It must have been a one-time deal. I know on other ships they have had $2 blackjack or 50 cent roulette but it has been a one-time, one afternoon deal to get some business on a slow day.

 

The Voyager has four or five roulette tables because of the European trade. They are more into roulette than over here. On one of the trans-Atlantics they were pulling out a roulette table and replacing it with craps which the Europeans don't play as much. I never saw more than two roulette tables being used at any one time--the rest just sitting empty.

the one in the back was a 50 cent table for our whole TA cruise last year. Oftentimes the pit boss would open it up for me when the other table had more than 4 people at it

If they're trying to "entice" folks to play, they may lower the minimums...but once a crowd gathers, watch out...they'll bump the minimums up in a second!
