I've already booked our cruise and we have an inside campaign. But we now want to upgrade to an oceanview. Where on the carnival website can I make an upgrade? Or is this only possible via telephone?

I dont know if its the only way but its the easy way, no misunderstandings.

I recently upgraded and the only way to do it is to call Carnival at 1-800-CARNIVAL. Good luck

If you booked with Carnival call your PVP. If you booked with a TA you must call him/her for the upgrade...

i just went to mine and clicked on modify booking. there is a place to upgrade your stateroom but when i clicked on it, it gave me an error. your best bet is to call.:)
