Pork Chops on menu?

I swear I remember getting a pork chop for dinner on Explorer of the Seas in 2007 (unless I'm confusing it with another ship). Do they still have it on the menu? I remember it was very good (not dry at all).

I not sure about the Explorer --will be on there next week, but they did have pork chops on the Independence in Feb. So you probably did have them on the Explorer.

I have not seen pork chops, but I have seen pork medallions on the menu.

I believe that it is served on night one... Pan-Fried Pork Medallions – meaty medallions served with buttery mashed potatoes, broccoli and a savory forest mushroom ragout

I'm glad they changed from chops to the medallions. The pork chops tended to be dry and overcooked. I understand the medallions are much better.
