Princess Barbados ?

 

My wife and sister in law are heading there soon on Caribbean Princess. How easy is it it get a cab or tour company from the dock? They would like to go to Harrisons Caves, see the monkeys and maybe stop at a beach. How safe for two women to take off in a cab? Will the cab wait for them? We have emailed a tour company and they havent replied

Princess has no shore excursions to the caves-Cant figure out why

We went to Harrison`s Caves with Princess last January on Sea Princess. The tour also had other stops.

My co-worker who is sitting next to me is from Barbados. SHe says you are very safe.

Barbados is very safe. Harrison Caves used to be on the tour list, there should be no problem with cabs. The caves are a 'Must See'.

We were on the CB last April, and the day we stopped at Barbados the caves were closed. You might want to check and see what the schedule is, maybe that's why there are no tours there from the ship.

Barbados is very safe, people are very nice once on a trip to a beech my taxi never came back, I walked to local bar asked the bar man for help,

 

he stood up and shouted out what had happened that I had a ship to catch and asked for some one to drive me to the ship, one young man said he would take us, we paid him the oney we would have given the taxi driver.
