Sailor_Sally Posted April 16, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 16, 2010 I know you can bring two bottles of wine aboard but can you bring wine on from one of the ports ?
My6Dogs Posted April 16, 2010 #2 Share Posted April 16, 2010 Only if you don't get caught...
arush5268d Posted April 16, 2010 #3 Share Posted April 16, 2010 You must sneak it onboard from a port. Otherwise, they'll hold it for you until the last night of the cruise.
Cotton Posted April 16, 2010 #4 Share Posted April 16, 2010 Actually, each passenger is allowed to bring only one 7.50 ltr of wine on board at embarkation. From the ports - you can get it on if they're really busy checking folks in; otherwise, they'll take it until the last night of the cruise. lillian marie Posted April 16, 2010 #5 Share Posted April 16, 2010 Allowing 1 bottle of wine per person to be brought at embarcation on board is more generous than the other cruise lines.
Rare jimbo5544 Posted April 16, 2010 #6 Share Posted April 16, 2010 The only place where you are allowed to bring it on from ports is in Europe.
CJinFLA00 Posted April 16, 2010 #7 Share Posted April 16, 2010 Picked up a bottle in Ocho Rios while on Freedom last Nov. Totally expecting them to take it and give it to back to me on the last day. Put in through the x-ray and they handed it back to me. I just smiled and said "Thanks!"
