Help! Online My Princess Account Problem

I need some help! My DD and I are booked on the Emerald in August. We are using Future Cruise Credits we purchased last year when we were on the Crown. The FFC gives us the $100 deposit and $50 each as an OBC. Now here is the problem....When I go to the My Princess page online all of these credits appear for me, but when we go to her My Princess the cruise and the credits do not exist. In fact, her previous cruises show as 0 and it should show 2.

I spoke at length with a Princess rep and he could not adequately explained what was wrong. Honestly, he did try, but could not explain why her My Princess page doesn't show her cruise or credits.

Has anyone had this problem? Should I be concerned? Any suggestions? :eek:

I would call the Captain Circle department - they may be closed on the weekends. It is possible that she has 2 Captain Circle numbers and her email address is tied the wrong number.

 

At one time, I had 4 numbers. They cleaned it up for me.

If you booked after mid Sept. last year, I don't remember the exact date, only the person with the FCC gets the OBC. The second person gets the $100 deposit but not the OBC.

If they used two FCC's both would receive the shipboard credit. What you describe is only if one FCC is being used plus $100 for the second passenger. ;)

The part I find strange is her cruise history doesn't show her cruises. Something is wrong here.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will contact the Captain's Circle on Monday. The FCC shows correctly on my profile, the $100 deposit and the $50 OBC. DD's profile should show the same thing. Let's see if the Captian's Circle people can figure it out. :eek:

No, DD is all grown up, and wanting credit for her two previous Princess cruises. :D I'll have to wait until Monday to sort this out. Thanks again!

That's what I said. "Only the person with the FCC gets the onboard credit." If both have FCC's, both get the OBC.

has she always used the same e-mail address? If not try signing in with the other e-mail addresses. But still have the CCC straighen it all out Monday.

Did they take both FCC's from your account?

Hi agian,

Well, I emailed Princess to have them update my DD's address and low and behold now her previous two cruised appeared. But...it still does not show her perks for her FFC - deposit $100 and OBC of $50. Yes, we had two FCC, one for each of us. So, I'll let you know what happens after I speak to Captain's Circle on Monday.
