My Documents on Carnival

I booked a cruise through a TA, and can see most of my documents on carnivals website, but I don't see my balance. Their website seems to have changed since my last cruise.

Is this due to booking through a TA or what should I click on to see the actual cost and balance of my trip?

Thanks for your assistance!

Yep... you need to go through your TA to get that kind of information.

As you're paying your TA to manage your booking Carnival won't discuss it with you and much isn't available from the web site...

You are correct, I booked with a TA and found this was a disadvantage, especially since I payed the cruise off over 8 months. If I wanted to know what my balance was I had to call TA. I was happy with her but,did not get to see my total amount paid and OBC and the Tips I prepaid until paid in full, and had access to Edocs....

Maybe next cruise I will stick with PVP from Carnival like I have in the past..

Actually there is a way to get a bit more info even when you have a cruise booked with a TA.

Log into the Carnival website and go into the cruise you want to look at.

then go to this website:

https://secure.carnival.com/BookModify.aspx

It will show you your total cruise rate, taxes and amount due and due date. You can't edit the same things you could if the booking was direct with Carnival, but it lets you see your cruise fare and how much is still due.

If you get a discount from your TA like I do you will see the "full price" not the discounted fare so keep that in mind when looking at it.
