Bar Opening Hours

I am sailing on the Eclipse in June and am putting together a pub crawl for our roll call on one of our sea days. Does anyone know what time the bars open?

 

Initial plans are to include the Martini Bar, the Ensemble Lounge, Michael's Club, Cellar Masters and Galleria Tastings. Any that should be included instead? I'm trying to keep the locations close together to minimize travel time.

 

If anyone has organized a pub crawl before and has suggestions, I'd welcome them

Hi, sounds like fun:D. I have not done one on the ship but in all

the cruises I have been on, those bars are not usually open till later

in the day. (4:00?)

I know the bartenders don't usually come on duty till around 2:00pm.

Now the bars out at the pool and upstairs near the buffet are open

much earlier;)

 

Maybe someone who has sailed an S class recently can give you some

first hand information.

 

It really sounds fun though and at least you don't have to worry

about getting back to the ship on time:):D

I pulled out the Daily from a sea day on Equinox while in Europe last autumn and from a sea day on Equinox in the Caribbean in March... They don't differ much...

 

Following were bar opening times last October 8th...

 

Cellar Masters - 5:00 PM

Ensemble Lounge - 5:00 PM

Galleria Tastings - 5:00 PM

Martini Bar/Crush - 4:00 PM

Mast Bar - 10:00 AM

Michael's Club - 6:30 PM

Oceanview Bar - 10:00 AM

Passport Bar - 10:00 AM

Pool Bar - 8:30 AM

Quasar - 10:00 PM

Sky - 4:00 PM

Sunset Bar - 10:30 AM

 

Hope this helps... Sounds like fun but, health-wise, it's probably not an activity for me...

We had a large group on a cruise & did this tour but we made it a poker tour . how this works is you have some one supply 5 decks of cards .On each deck on the back of the card a number is placed per deck with a magic marker ,like # 1 for one deck ,#2 on another deck & so forth .Then each participant in the group chips in $5 each .For each bar each person selects a card from the deck FACE DOWN ,at random & has a drink ,lol . By the time you get to the 5th bar you all now have a 5 card poker hand & are getting loaded ,lol . We paid off 50 % to the best poker hand ,30 % to the 2nd best hand & 20% to the 3rd best hand .It was a blast & soooooooo much FUN !!

Hi Mike:) thanks for that list. I thought those indoor bars didn't

open till late in the day so thanks for reconfirming it:)

 

Oh, you can say you sail next month? I can say I sail in 2 weeks:):)
