does anybody know if the is like a walgrees or something that we can stop at on the way to Port of Miami via cab? and can anyone recommend a taxi cab service?

On your way to the Port of Miami from where? Will you be coming from the airport or from a hotel? If you are arriving at the airport, there are lots of cabs right outside baggage claim. You don't need a specific service unless you want to hire a private driver. As far as stopping at a drugstore, remember the meter will be running so shop quickly.

Your cab driver - just grab the first one in line big enough for your group - will know where to stop. Depending upon how fast you shop it will likely cost you an extra $10. Good luck!:)
