How to verify On Board Credit Amount

Recommended Posts

call the main number and ask them to look up your account and send you a confirmation email with the OBC on it. They should automatically do this, but sometimes a little push is necessary. When you get the email, it will list your package price on the right hand side of the page, with the OBC listed right below it. Hope this helps.

Are you booked with Carnnival or a TA .... ?? If booked with Carnival sign into your booking, look for the manage my booking button, then click on modify on the drop down you then see, and credits will be a line there.

If you booked with a tA the only place is to view your edocs after you pay final payment.
