I read somewhere on here that you no longer need to swipe a card to open the safe. Is this so? Are they now combinations that you set yourself? Thanks

yes......close the safe....type in a 4 digit code....then push lock......then it will open and lock with that code......very cool :)

Or as a very polluted person in the wee hours of the night called the front desk and insisited that his Microwave in his cabin wasn't working....he was trying to warm up his pizza.......Yeah it was his cabin safe!
