Canada/New England Fall colours

I know their is no certainty but could you please let me know when you went on this cruise and saw some beautiful Fall leaves. Thanks so much.

I went on this cruise in September and it was almost turning, so I would suggest beginning/middle October. It was my favorite cruise to date. :) I hope to repeat it again one day.

Ours was a little too early for colored leaves. (was still a great cruise though :))

We went the third week of October -- some areas were beautiful - some were already done.

Sept 26-Oct 10 2009 Eurodam. Was a fantastic trip and some places were more colorful than others, but one of our best trips to date. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Depends on rainfall over the summer, but typically the first two weeks of october are the best.

The 2nd week of Oct. last year was too early for peak color in New England, but too late in Quebec. It was also cold. We had snow in 2 ports. Be advised that you need to go inland to see the best color. You won't see a lot if you stay near the port.

The week of Oct. 16th was too late from Northern Canada all the way down to Virginia since we took a car trip after the cruise hoping for fall colors. We were told about 1 1/2 -2 weeks prior was a beautiful show.

I live in southern MA, and have a cottage in middle NH, peak foliage in nh is 1st week of october, peak foliage in MA is 3rd week of october
