Canada/New England Fall colours

canuck eh?

Recommended Posts

I went on this cruise in September and it was almost turning, so I would suggest beginning/middle October. It was my favorite cruise to date. :) I hope to repeat it again one day.

Canuuk asked: ...let me know when you went on this cruise (Canada/New England) and saw some beautiful Fall leaves. Thanks so much....

I have not done this cruise, but take a look at this fall foliage map for September and October to get a better idea on how Fall colors spread across New England. The map is interactive and is provided by Yankee Magazine.

  • 2 weeks later...

The 2nd week of Oct. last year was too early for peak color in New England, but too late in Quebec. It was also cold. We had snow in 2 ports. Be advised that you need to go inland to see the best color. You won't see a lot if you stay near the port.
