Shaney3401 Posted May 20, 2010 #1 Share Posted May 20, 2010 Back in 2006 when I was pregnant we went on the Freedom and ate in the MDR for lunch. I have been on many cruises since but have never made it back there for lunch. We are going in July and since my son is a little older now we are totally plan on eating there. My question is is do they still serve the olive tapanade with bread? I know it sounds crazy but I don't know if it was me being pregnant but I totally LOVED it!! Puffinater Posted May 20, 2010 #3 Share Posted May 20, 2010 If memory serves me correctly they served an olive some kind of spread on the Mariner in March.
CRUZBUDS Posted May 20, 2010 #4 Share Posted May 20, 2010 yes, they have it with the wonderful bread. DW doesn't like olives so it's all mine - she gets the butter and I get the tapanade (ask for a table for two so you don't have to share it ;)

sailingawaysoon Posted May 20, 2010 #7 Share Posted May 20, 2010 They also have the wonderful salad bar in the dining room. Not sure if they had that when you cruised last. We love the Freedom! Can't toot their horn enough because it's a great ship. Have a nice time.
