Reception/Shore Excursion Staff "Silver Spirit"

On a recent B2B on "Silver Spirit", (LA/S'hampton), we had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the most friendly, competent reception area, and the most friendly, competent, well informed shore excursion desk that we have ever experienced. :):)

 

Both onboard, and ashore, directing passengers the Shore Excursion team was amazing. The Reception staff were patient, friendly and always willing to solve any problem.:):)

 

The smiling faces on both desks were an absolute joy, and if ever Silversea nominates an area of excellence, then the Deck 5 foyer of "Silver Spirit" would have our vote.:):)
