Etiquette on Private Tours, meals, drinks, tipping

My family of three is looking at booking a Private tour in Barcelona for a day, 4 to 6 hours, may I please ask what the etiquette is? Do we pay for their lunch? etc? What is the % to tip?

There is no need to pay for the lunch for the tour guide or driver.

 

I would base the tip on a number of factors including the total cost of the tour, whether or not the tour guide is the owner of the business and most importantly what you thought of the tour guide and the overall quality of the tour.
