How many days out does RC open excursion/dining reservations?

Just wondering how many days out Royal Caribbean typically opens up their reservations for shore excursions/specialty dining, etc.....

It can vary depending on where you sail. When I sailed thru Europe last year; Royal didn't open up shore excursions until four months prior to sailing. They had to work out some last minute pricing due to the currency fluctuating thru Europe. Royal told me they have to re-negotiate the shore excursion contracts with the various countries,ports, islands, etc; so they can't open the bookings until the contracts have been signed for that years sailings.
