How to list past cruises on your posts

How does one list past cruises on their posts? I edited my signature line under my profile, but not sure if this is where you do it. Any suggestions on how-to and layout of list?

go to control cp user panel and edit signatures ... most of us have signatures turned off, so we dont have to wade thru that stuff.... so if you ask a question about a certain ship that to you its obvious which ship you mean, because its in your signature ... be aware a lot of people turn them off so they dont have to see them. (like me).
