momoftwinteens Posted June 24, 2010 #1 Share Posted June 24, 2010 Ok. I will admit I am a newbie. My cruise on the Sky is in 45 days(but who's counting?). However, everytime I go to NCL's website, it says that my e-docs are pending. So, when are they generally available to print and/or download? There is no "set date", but you should see them in about two weeks. NCL will email you to tell you they are ready if you don't want to keep checking. darrengs Posted June 25, 2010 #3 Share Posted June 25, 2010 I am not sure if it was because I used a PCC, but I emailed him to let him know that I had made my final payment and my edocs were availabelt the next day.
AerynSun_JohnCrighton Posted June 25, 2010 #4 Share Posted June 25, 2010 it says 3 to 4 weeks prior to sailing...they will be available.
Abear2 Posted June 25, 2010 #5 Share Posted June 25, 2010 Mine were always available to print once I made final payment. If you have already made your final payment, give NCL a call and they will help you. :)
kayhil3 Posted June 25, 2010 #6 Share Posted June 25, 2010 Mine were ready for this cruise very early at 70 days away. Last cruise was 60 days so I guess every cruise is different. Relax and stop worrying, just give them a call.

Tucker in Texas Posted June 27, 2010 #9 Share Posted June 27, 2010 First time I have had to deal with e-docs so forgive my ignorance. Are those what you get when you pre-register for the cruise? I've done that, should I be doing more? I got a booklet from my TA but it was "one size fits all" and not for the POA which I am due to leave on July 10. It included luggage tags. Tucker in Texas After you've made final payment, you will be able to print your cruise ship boarding pass a month or more before sailing. That is the main 'e-doc' that you need. Since you cruise on July 10, your boarding pass should be ready to print online. If it isn't, ask your TA about it. The rest of your edocs are all the pages of the cruise contract. You should read that, but you do not need to print it out.
Kruizin'Kath Posted June 28, 2010 #11 Share Posted June 28, 2010 Made final payment 6/4 and docs still pending. :( DH says you only get them early if you book through NCL ( we didn't), but I think I will call them tomorrow
