Brendaflamingo Posted July 14, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2010 Anybody know what you need to gamble to be invited on the 7 day cruise list that put out? I know it changes but what you know. The casino host just tell you if you dont qualify not what it takes to qualify. thanks:confused:
cb at sea Posted July 15, 2010 #2 Share Posted July 15, 2010 Alot! At least, more than I'm willing to gamble! Generally, it's at least $25 or more per hand, for at least 4-6 hours daily....that's ALOT of money...you could save it, and get a GS or better on your next PAID cruise! (My estimates may be low!) That's certainly not true for RCI cruises. I played a maximum of $5 a bet on video poker and a lot less on penny machines and was made a member of their Club Royale on the ship and later offered a complimentary inaugural cruise on Allure. I ended up $5,000 ahead with a $1,000 bankroll. Certainly, not a high roller in casino terms though I did spend several hours a day in the casino. Incidentally, I'm not taking advantage of the Allure cruise as much as I would love to as I had already booked a comped cruise on Liberty in January (because of my casino play) and didn't want to be spoiled by the Allure experience.
