Does Emerald have Sauna or steamroom and is it free to use?

Yes. Each locker room has both in the spa area--separate ones for men and for women.

Do we have to use the Spa services to use the locker?

No. The locker room, dry sauna and steam room are all in the restroom along with some really nice showers. Towels are provided both in the restroom as well as in the exercise area. It all is free for all pax.
