cassandra321 Posted July 27, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 27, 2010 Hi I am looking for a cruise in January 2011. I have three children along with husband ages 8,12 and 14. We do not like to sit and sun. I just returned from Baltics cruise and I read 4 pages in my book. Which areas southern or eastern Carribean would have more active day trips for us like hikes, ziplines and such? Rare Keith1010 Posted August 7, 2010 #2 Share Posted August 7, 2010 I would recommend Southern Caribbean over the Eastern Caribbean but to me it doesn't compare to the Baltics. Keith
Host Caroline Posted August 9, 2010 #3 Share Posted August 9, 2010 Unless you take a 10 night southern Caribbean cruise just know that you will only have at most 1 "sea day".. sounds like you are pretty active type who likes the onshore activities so this may not be a problem.. HAL and Princess offer 10 nighters regularly from Florida, NCL has 9 night but they don't got as far into the southern areas.
