Price went down - I need the form

The price of my cruise went down $40!!

 

Now I have the choice of taking the $40 on board credit or moving up to the Empress Deck (I am currently at Rivera) on the Inspiration? Which would you choose?

 

I also need the link to the form to fill out, I cant find it. Thanks

If you were happy with room when you booked it, i say take the $40.00 OBC....

I am ambivalent about the $40 or Empress deck. We loved being right behind the purser's desk, quiet area, b2b with it, so we faced the balconies, not the atrium. I have a friend who always pays extra to choose on Empress on this class of ship ...so it is a nice location, but Im cheap too, so the $40 might be tempting.
