Adventure of the seas cabin 6688 vs 8316

Recommended Posts

Has anyone ever been in either of these cabins? I have seen some photos of cabin 6688 which is an aft and I'm not sure if it will be better than a cabin on the bump. I couldn't get a higher corner aft deck. If anyone has been in either cabin I would like to hear your opinions. Thanks in advance.

I have had many a hump cabin in that area. My last one was on the Adventure, cabin number 8318, for my B2B cruises.

All of these cabins are in a great location, have a great view, have mostly private balconies because you are out further from the ship than all others, are near the elevators and the stairs, and yet there is no extra noise because of that. ;)

That is my favorite location on any ship with a Hump. :)

When I said that was my favorite location, I was not kidding. :D

To get the perfect cabin is my number one reason for booking my cruises

sometimes 15+ months in advance.

Since 2003, all of our cruises on ships that have Hump cabins, we have booked them.

On our next 3 cruises, we will also be in Center Hump cabins. :D

I hope if you take that cabin, 8316, that you will also like it as much. ;)

Have a great cruise.

Thanks so much for your input, I really appreciate it. Today I booked my cruise in cabin 8316 and am very excited. The cruise isn't until next year but I'm psyched anyway.

I will be cruising for the 1st time this November on the Epic, a Western Carribean itinerary and I'm counting down the days.

First, I should have welcomed you to Cruise Critic. So Welcome.

Second, to help you count down the number of days until your cruises, try these cruise clocks.;)

I have a bunch of them all on one page that you can try out and see if you would like to use one in your signature.

Like the ones in mine. They are the first clock, The Cruise Critic Countdown Clock

Update on 5 clocks

1. The Cruise Critic Countdown Clocks

So easy to do, and all on one page. Put in all the information you want, create your code and copy and paste.

Just go to the top of the page and click on Countdown Clocks or this link below.

http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=434

2.This clock below has two links. They will link to the same form, with the same results. I use this type.

http://www.echlforums.com/clock.htm

http://*****/

With this one it will say, "Generate Clock for CruiseCritic!" Copy and paste it into your signature box..

3. http://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticke...r_designer.php

Click on Vacation & Travel down on the right side of the page listing.

When done with each step, copy the bb code and paste it into your signature box..

4. New Link http://www.ucruiser.com/ticker/

Go through the four easy steps and highlight and copy the second box down then paste it into your signature box.

This is what you will see:

PseudoHTML, UBBCode or BBCode

Use for Cruisecritic.com and similar board signatures

Used on many message boards that don't allow HTML.

5. This one is really easy to do.

All they want you to do is sign in now and they will explain why. It is still free.

New Link http://www.nauticalcities.com/tickers.php

Once you have a clock picked out and have copied the code.

To get to your signature box, go to the top of the page where it says "Cruise Critic Message Boards.

Right under that you will see USER CP on the left

Click on that. When it opens click on EDIT SIGNATURE.

Paste your clock in the second box down. Click on PREVIEW POST. If it looks right, click on SAVE SIGNATURE.

Have fun trying them.

Go here to the TEST FORUM to try them where my pages are. You can practice all you want over there. ;)
