Port or Starboard View in Bermuda?

We had booked starboard side of the Summit and I hoped it would face the water but it faced the dock. That week anyway.

We booked an aft balcony on the Caribbean Princess and had both views.....It was awesome and a great ride to and from Bermuda. If I remember correctly the Starboard side of the ship was along side the pier at the RN Dockyard. Also the NCL Dawn was at the same pier and she was docked with her port side along side the pier. The two ship's sterns were

aft to aft docked together!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope that make sense. I am sure a lot depends on how many ships the pier can accommodate and the size of the ships.
