Pride Dry Dock Time

Has the Pride dry dock time been moved up, and cruises cancelled:confused: We are scheduled to sail Oct 24th. Been rumors on the boards that something is wrong with her:confused::confused: Please say it isn't so!!

havent heard that there is anything wrong. They now have the Pride scheduled for Nov 7th- 20th. First cruise out of drydock is on the 21st.

On occasion a scheduled dry dock date may be adjusted if it's more convenient and might improve the revenue flow. Looks like they'll have her out just in time for the Thanksgiving cruise!

Very much looking forward to your comments following your cruises. Really want to hear what was done during dry dock.

I hope all is finished on time . Don't mean that the Pride will not be ready for you, just that they might still be

finishing up stuff when you board.

Just Curious??? What does the crew do while the ship is in dry dock? Do they ALL have to stay onboard? sounds like 2 weeks of nothing to do ;) do they get a little vacation?

Some crew members helps with cleaning and others and have a mini vacation based on what i read on other similar posts

Those of you traveling on the Pride after dry dock, I would LOVE to see any pictures you take during your cruise. :D

It was scheduled early 2011, but due to a maintenance problem (read on cruise critic if was a vibration problem/screw loose?-but running ok)) it was moved up to Nov. We were scheduled the week of Nov 7 and got cancelled a week after receiving our room assignments in July! So it will be in dry dock that week and the week of Nov 14.
