steelerannie Posted October 22, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 22, 2010 We went in the White room for our 30th Wedding Anniversary meal, and it was absolutely fantastic. Can't fault it at all. The food was excellent and so was the service. We booked to eat at 6.30 and it took until 9.15 before we had finished, so it was a lovely evening. It was also cheaper to go earlier than later, but can't remember the exact price -it was 2 years ago.
pkpon Posted October 22, 2010 #3 Share Posted October 22, 2010 I dined in the White Room in March and it was £20.00. I thought it was well worth the money. You would pay four times that in an equivelent restaurant in London. The food, presentation and service were all top notch.

jodanuke Posted October 23, 2010 #5 Share Posted October 23, 2010 Unfortunately, I don't think you can book these online before you sail. Or can you?

CRUMB Posted October 25, 2010 #7 Share Posted October 25, 2010 We have booked in advance for our wedding night by phoning P&O. Not sure whether we were allowed to do it just because of the wedding or if anyone can do it.
Thejuggler Posted October 26, 2010 #8 Share Posted October 26, 2010 When you board the ship the restaurant managers for all premium dining restaurants are in the atrium and you can book with them then - you can always change your booking. It was £25 in June 2010, but if you booked a table for 6.30pm it dropped to £15. It was well worth it - it would be £100 a head in a London restaurant. jocap Posted October 26, 2010 #9 Share Posted October 26, 2010 We also had a fabulous 30th anniversary in White's, last Oct. Some of the few criticisms we heard were from people who prefer a roast and 2 veg....if you enjoy tasting something a little different, then relax and enjoy. This June we booked as soon as we arrived in the atrium, and had the thrill of MPW himself in and out of the kitchen all evening. Jo.
