Canceling shore excursion reservation?

What is the Cunard policy regarding canceling a ship based shore excursion? On Holland America and Princess you are generally allowed to cancel a shore excursion reservation up until the time that they close the books for that excursion (usually about 24 hours before the scheduled excursion). However, Disney did not allow any cancellations once the shore excursion was booked.

Cunard's policy is the same as HAL and Princess.

I've never had a problem canceling a shore excursion prior to the cut-off time.
