Obstructed Oceanview on Spirit Class

Has anyone ever booked an obsructed oceanview on one of the Spirit class ships?? Or does any one have any good pictures of the obstruction?? Please let me know!! Thank you!! :)

The obstructed views are either 5a's which are pretty much entirely obstructed, and 7a's which you can see out (over the top of a life boat) but not straight down. Try doing a search for 7a. I know it is posted here frequently and some have put links to pics in their posts. I have a 7a booked on our upcoming cruise on the Miracle. GREAT way to get a balcony and pay about 20% less for it.:)

We had an obstructed ocean view and loved it. We got an awesome deal. It was pretty obstructed, but you could still see and have the window open. That way my husband did not feel closed in, which he would have felt if he had an inside.

IB: What ship did you sail on that had a window to open? are you talking about the French Doors?

If you go for the partially obstructed view balcony, it is great. They are between the lifeboats. I have a picture of rm 5151 on my webshots. Link in my signature.

There are pics of my clear extended balcony and one at night of the partially obstructed view balcony my kids had. You can see the lifeboat below but can easily see out to sea.

Yeah it was the french doors. We would do it again, because the deal was great.
