how to print names on cruise badges

Recommended Posts

I suppose most people just print it out and write names on it.

Since it is a pdf file, you would have to save it as another type of file to be able to "write" on it. For example, you could save it as a jpeg, then insert it into a publisher page and then add a text box with the names where the lines are.

Hope that helped...

Here is a Word doc I created some time ago. You may need to adjust margins slightly for your printer, especially if you plan to print it on nametag stock rather than plain paper. You should also turn off borders after testing alignment.

It is set for 8 labels per page (like the pdf) and I think (it's been a while) it was set for labels that are 3 3/8 inch wide by 2 1/3 inch high.
