Crown Chef's Table --- Menu in December

Hi,

 

Does anybody know if the Chef's Table menu changes?

 

We did Chef's Table on Crown in March. It was a great evening;

we were thinking of signing up again if something different was on

the menu.

 

Main course was Veal shank then.

Yes, they do change the menus around.

The Chef determines the menu for the evening, so it may be the same thing you have had in the past or it may be partially or totally different.

We did the Chef's Table twice with the same executive chef and the menu was different. Best surf and turf I have ever had. The appetizers were different for the most part. Still had the caviar, but i can live with having that again (and again and again) One recommendation is to let them know you have done the chef's table before. We mentioned it to the matre'd
