Can anyone tell me about how "Butch" is as a Cruise Director???

Butch was the sub on the Fantasy a few years ago. He's from Minnesota and I think he worked under John Heald. He has worked his way up and has a great future with Carnival, as guests have given the company good feedback.

Butch does a nice job, and is always out amongst the passengers, just full of energy----------BUT HE NEVER SHUTS UP. By the end of the week -----whewwww:o

I felt the same way. I would tell the intercom to "please shut up!" because his announcements were WAY too long and frequent. I got flamed for saying this about him before on these boards, so I'm glad that someone else agrees with me. To be fair, I have to say that on stage I thought he was good.
