Just got a $500 price reduction on our cruise for 2/12. We had already made the final payment and we are getting a $500 credit on our AE account.

First, congrats to the OP. Always a nice surprise and especially when it works after final pay. When we get price drops I always feel relieved of not having to pay as much. My DW is like you cruisnpat and plans on "other things" to allocate that unspent money for. Hey, as long as it's on the cruise it's all good...:D:D

I'd be curious to know what the date is too.....2/12/11 or Feb of 2012? We are booked for 2/5/11 and the last price reduction we had was on October 22nd......
