Muster drill time for 9:00 pm sailing in Valparaiso?

We are trying to schedule a sail away party for our roll call on the Celebrity Infinity January 16 in Valparaiso, Chile. Would anyone know what time the muster drill might be? Ordinarily we would have such a party right after the muster drill, but in this case the ship sails at 9:00. Thanks.

It always helps to post what cruise line and ship you will be on to see if someone who has taken your cruise before can assist with the answer. I would also post this on the cruise line board for your cruise line.

We just got back from the HAL sailing of BA to Valparaiso, our depart time was 9 pm. The muster drill was at 7:30 pm - we had to embark latest by 7 pm.
