Hi Ann,

I see that you are the slot pull "professional" and I would appreciate it if you would send me your spreadsheet. It appears that we are neighbors as I live in Placentia! Our group is cruising to Hawaii 3/2015--so we are just getting organized....and can use all the help we can find! Thanks in advance.......lrmock4@gmail.com

Wow! That was quick! Thanks so much for the info--maybe we could meet for coffee or a smoothie and talk about cruising?

Thank you for sending the spreadsheet a few weeks back. Since you are the expert, I thought you would know & I believe it was posted about not telling the Casino ahead of time, that we are having a slot pull. I understand completely why this is.

My question is can there be a problem with the casino in not telling them ahead???? We will not be a very large group. We will probably be 12- 20 people. Our roll call has been on the quiet side, that is why a small group. It is a Princess cruise in 2 & a half weeks, if that matters. I feel like who cares about the little trinkets they might or might not give us, I would rather have better odds:D

Thank you for your kind words. I will tel you that I have had groups that ranged from 35 to 70 people and there has never been a problem with taking all the people into the Casino and starting to play one of the machines. Sometimes it is even better for the Casino to have a larger group as people may play other machines on their own while they are waiting their turn in the Slot Pull. All those people who participate in your Slot Pull may nevver havve even gone into the Casino had you not had the Slot Pull. The Casino personnel are usually very friendly when you start to play and are also encouraging to those pulling the handle. One time we had evven scheduled our Slot Pul not knowing that the Casino was having a Slot tournament at the same time and there were no issues with that either.

We are sailing March 30th on the Royal. I've organized the M&G and am now working on the slot pull that several people mentioned. I would love to have your spread sheet sent to me at zoeunltd@centurylink.net.

 

To be honest, I had no idea what a slot pull was when it was mentioned on my roll call ! It sounds like fun, and even though I've never been in a casino before, putting money in a slot machine was on my "bucket list" !!

 

Does this mean I will have the "beginners luck" to put my shipmates in big winnings??!! (LOL)

Happy to oblige. I will send the info immediately to your email address. Since you are unfamilar with a Slot Pull, maybe whoever mentioned it on the roll call can help you. Especially if you have never even put money into a slot machine. I would highly suggest that someone else help you with this event. You are very brave to take this on.
