Lollygil Posted January 18, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 18, 2011 Usually NCL has two dress up nights. I saw some dailies from a recent cruise and there was only one dress up night---Day 2 listed. Is this correct? And aren't lobster nights usually on the Dress Up nights?

C Cruise Dude Posted January 18, 2011 #3 Share Posted January 18, 2011 Usually NCL has two dress up nights. I saw some dailies from a recent cruise and there was only one dress up night---Day 2 listed. Is this correct? And aren't lobster nights usually on the Dress Up nights? When I was on the Pearl in November, there was at least one dress up night. I was amazed because I noticed more people dressed up on that night than I remember seeing on Carnival who has two nights (I think they call theirs Elegant Night) on a seven day cruise. It seems like there might have been a second night but some might have just dressed for photos. Hope that helps. :D
cowtowngals Posted January 19, 2011 #4 Share Posted January 19, 2011 We were on the Pearl last week and there was one official Dress up or not night which was on our second night. It was not lobster night either. There was mention in the Freestyle daily of the option to dress up again the final night of the cruise as the photographers were set up again for the formal poses. Lobster night was somewhere in the middle of the cruise.
nkellerot Posted January 19, 2011 #5 Share Posted January 19, 2011 when i was on the dawn 2 years ago, we had one dress up night and i think it was the second night of the cruise. however, i feel like not many people got dressed up. we did and had a lot of fun. Sauer-kraut Posted January 19, 2011 #6 Share Posted January 19, 2011 On the SUN transatlantic there was only one, the other one must have fallen through the cracks. However, people were dressed up wether it was dress up night or not. It was kind of neat to see, but no need to even bring fancy stuff if you so desire.
