Skyrules Posted February 4, 2011 #26 Share Posted February 4, 2011 Bit crowded today????? :D Actually, it would be great. I haven't yet looked to see if we will meet up with any other ships on our cruise, but it is on the cards. Just had a look at the schedule, we won't be in port with any other ships, but we will pass Pacific Dawn during the night between Dunedin and Christchurch. Oh, I wonder what time that will be? Probably in the early hours of the morning. If so, I don't suppose there will be any toots of the horn. Apparently we will be in Fiordland on the same day as Saga Ruby.

Aus Traveller Posted February 4, 2011 #30 Share Posted February 4, 2011 Two Dawns in Wellington today With two 'Dawns' in town on the one day, I bet some people were confused. We hae all heard the media mix up P & O and Princess ships. I hope the passengers knew which ship they came off. :D

"the Dawn"... or even worse... "the white one":D Wonder if both ships use the one terminal.... that could be even more confusing....
Sandielle Posted February 4, 2011 #32 Share Posted February 4, 2011 Oh, I think there will be a lot of confusion in Wellington today! :D As it stands, I find there is a lot of confusion with people BOOKED on them. They can't tell you which one it is. I shake my head in disbelief........ but then I have a great need to be informed about ANYTHING that concerns my family and me.
Kiwi_cruiser Posted February 5, 2011 Author #33 Share Posted February 5, 2011 Both ships choose a another good day to be in Wellington! especially if your a rugby fan as the IRB Sevens are again on in Wellington today!!. and they just showed the Dawn Princess on the TV on the IRB Sevens coverage. And dad said it looks like they may have the Sevens coverage on the Dawn Princess Big Screen!
