Mr. Y Posted February 1, 2011 Author #3 Share Posted February 1, 2011 Fire, I'm just finishing up the travel itinerary. I have some interesting spots in mind that I want my hosses to see. I'm sure we will be well fed, well hydrated and well relaxed. Also, I know there are still some openings on our cruise so if some folks don't make it their scheduled cruise this week we will make sure you have a blast if you join us. Haoie Posted February 1, 2011 #4 Share Posted February 1, 2011 I've got to get this straight for my own sanity: Is a hoss a horse?

mountainbreeze Posted February 1, 2011 #7 Share Posted February 1, 2011 I always thought a HOSS was another name for "friend", but the Urban Dictionary says it means: a man, guy, or dude. An example they used: "Hey hoss, how's it goin'?"
waldocruiser1 Posted February 1, 2011 #8 Share Posted February 1, 2011 I thought a Hoss was little Joe's big brother. Or maybe his uncle. Which was it?

waldocruiser1 Posted February 1, 2011 #10 Share Posted February 1, 2011 Big brother I couldn't remember which, just that he wore a big 10 gallon white hat.

DaDivaMom Posted February 3, 2011 #16 Share Posted February 3, 2011 Sending my best wishes to Mr. Y and his hosses for a total kick arse cruise! While he might ask a lot of questions he does seem like he knows how to have a good time!
PlanoTim Posted February 3, 2011 #17 Share Posted February 3, 2011 Yesh, what's a hoss? Hoss in the urban dictionary is "one who is a beast that can basically do anything he wants. He is usually loved by all and a ladies man. He could break anyone or anything in half. Hoss is a compliment."
Mr. Y Posted February 3, 2011 Author #18 Share Posted February 3, 2011 Thanks Gang for all the nice words! My hosses really appreciate all the helpful responses. This will only make the trip more easy and relaxing. I understand a lot of people got frustrated by the camping and cookies idea, but we will scout out the scene and get a feel what the fellow cruises are able to tolerate. If we feel can set out a camp one night on the Lido Deck we will, if we feel we can sell a few boxes of cookies we will. We are also looking forward to the Harley store in Nausau and having a few drinks with the locals in Freeport. Thanks again, Gang!
ShadyShifty Posted February 4, 2011 #19 Share Posted February 4, 2011 I wish I had a nickel for everytime you used the word "gang" or "hoss" in your various posts. I'd be able to afford to cruise much more often! Anyways, you and yours enjoy your cruise next week!
