Set sail pass question

Just wondering why only my husband's signature is required on the set sail pass? My name is on it too, but it only asked for his signature. Just curious.

His name is on the credit card, I would guess.

whoever is the primary account holder for paying the credit card charge is the person who's signature is needed on setsail pass.

And that would also be the one signing/accepting the cruise contract for the both of you..
