Going to Ensenada for the second time

I really do not want to go to the blowhole again. Don't get me wrong it was cool but I'm wanting something different.

 

There are going to be 5 adults 55yr old (Male) who is really up for anything, and 2 Males and 2 Females in their mid 30's with 3 children 5 yr (F), 7 yr old & 10 yr old (M)

 

What things are there to do with the ages we have?

There's a great wine tasting for the adults. We did that and it was interesting. The prices were great too.

We did the winery tour through Carnival and really liked it. We are thinking about doing it again. :D

Ensenada=shopping ,wineries,blowhole,maybe a massage at a local spa but not sure there is anything else?

FYI-

The large History museum has no exhibits until March but we found another in town - the Regional History Museum - on Gastellum around the corner from La Tortuga restaurant. It's a white building built in the 1880's, at one time was the jail. It's small enough to get thru fast.

At Big Head Plaza is a tourist booth. You can catch the double decker from there. About $2US pp goes thru town and up to the hills overlooking town.

Whale watching is the family thing to do this time of year.

They charge $30.00 US per person for a 4 hour tour.

The wine tours are great but that is an adult summertime thing.

Kids under 18 years old are not going to enjoy the wine country. IMHO

August is the wine festival month and a lot of fun for adults.

No thanks. If wanted to pay that much, I would do it from Dana Point, CA, near my home, and feel much safer too.
