I would suggest the Sunset Bar up on Deck 15 all the way AFT.

Its a great location:)

Most people will be heading up to the Buffet at the Oceanview Cafe upon initial embarkation. The Oceanview Bar back aft would also be an excellent place to meet. You could eat/drink/greet, and be merry. After that, head up to the Sunset Bar for Sailaway. You'll love it up there.

I think Sunset Bar sounds perfect - thanks for your advice. We will head up there and we won't be too upset if we have to stay a while ;)
