Ft. Lauderdale moel/hotel?

I use Priceline about 10-15 times per year and have never had a bad experience. Have saved thousands of dollars and have often stayed in high end hotels for 50% to 70% off the going rate. I highly recommend them.

You can get the Comfort Inn on Sterling (about 5-10 mins from the airport & to the ship). It's somewhat tacky, but it's inexpensive and most of all, it's clean.

One of the staff even drove me to a Wallgreens so I could pick up some munchies, :D and then drove me back to the hotel. When he moved all my luggage down to the front of the hotel for the shuttle pick up to the ship, I gave him a very generous tip.:D:D

While the shuttle to the ship wasn't free, it was only $7.
