My June cruise will be my first as Elite. Can I interpert this to mean when I unpack, anything wrinkled I can send out for pressing and it will be free? :confused:

we really take advantage of it .... underwear...pajamas...shirts...suits..dresses.... never had a problem or complaint of any type.

 

I always got a kick out of my t-shirts coming back on individual hangars...

The laundry perk is my favorite! We send everything and have never had a problem.

 

Be sure to allow turn-around time, i.e., send in the morning expect the next afternoon. Also, if the laundry ticket is not stamped "Elite", I always write Elite across the top. Lastly, I always keep a list of what I send.

This is really important. Although the form is multi-layered, you don't keep the passenger copy...it goes with the rest of the form, and comes back with the laundry when it is returned.

I'm also Elite on my next cruise & plan on using this service to eliminate extra packing. I appreciate all the input. I was on a Hawaii cruise once & did the $20 bag of laundry (socks,undies,shorts & tops for 4 of us)...clothing came back stuffed & very wrinkled in my bag. I am glad to hear such good experiences of elite laundry being done more professional/pressed. What a great "perk for loyalty"...thank you Princess!
